to save customers maximum time and facilitate the customer's operation,all of our
projects run here!
How PM works?
1.when you login succeed in our system you can the messages from our administrators.And
when you read over you can click close.And then you can see your balance and your
project’s every activities in our system.
2.And then click “My projects”.If want to check the project’s status please clieck
the “Detail”.If you want to check your projects every modification you can click:”Document”.If
you want to see the every items evaluated time and price,you can click the “View”.
3.when you login succeed in our system you can the messages from our administrators.And
when you read over you can click close.And then you can see your balance and your
project’s every activities in our system.
4.After you clicked the “upload files”will change into a page ,and then click the
“Select file”from your computer.Next click”Upload”.When finished succeed you can
see a icon related to your files. And then close this page.

7.Finally the page will back to the modifications page.
How many stages of the project? and each stage means?
The project is divided into five stages,that is "New","Renderings","Static
Page ","Programming","Finished" .
1.New: It means you have Applied your projects
just now, and we have not checked your application form;
After you submit your application form ,it means the project is started,and this
stage is New
2.Renderings: This is the second statge of
the project,in this statge we will make website renderings for you,and you can checked
all this images!

3.Static Page:After you have checked your
renderings,we will make static page for you as the renderings ,and you can checked
all these pages!

4.Programming: After you have checked your
static pages,we will complete all the functions of the project for you ,and you
can checked all the functions!

5.Finished:After you have checked all the
functions of the project ,then we will upload the project to the server for you,then
you can manage the project!
Here take website design as an example, please submit all requirements like this.
1. Clink “Apps”, fill in website design, clink search.
2.Choose a similar website, you will get one page like this, clink “Next”,
3.You will get this functions page, input your project name, like “***website design”
4.Carefully choose these functions, keep what you need and erase functions you don’t
need. Or you can click “All” at the left top of functions page to erase all these
functions, if all these functions you don’t want.
5.Click the blue plus “+”at the left bottom of this functions page, to add your
requirements, like this PS. Recommend URL，please put your reference website here.
6.After you finish all the requirements, then clink “Next.
7.Then you will get this page. If you have some screen shots for us better reference
(suggested), you can choose file, upload files, and also you can upload a word file
of your requirements here. But please notice, here you could upload rar or zip files!
Then clink upload, you will see the files are uploading, like this at the left bottom
of this page,
8.Then clink submit button after the files uploaded. Then everything is done. All
you need to do is just waiting for the project team to deal with your pictures.

Notice of Messages
Before you write messages to us,you need to know more about what messages you can
write, and what messages you can not write,below is the details:
1.Messages can not contain any contacts information,if the messages contains any
contacts information,we will send it back;
2.Messages can not contain any modifications or functions of your project,if the
messages contains any modifications or functions of your project,we will send it
back;
Please offer the requirement of modification to the service pay directly. If you
have any questions etc about the backend use method etc, then it can be sent to
the message box here. Thank you.
How to send messages
1.Login into your service pay control panel,you will see 3 menus,like attach pictures
below;
2.Click "Send Messages" then you will see the page of "Send Messages",like attach
pictures below;
3.Before you send messages,you need select a project first,then input your messages,like
attach pictures below;
4.Click "Submit" then we will receive this message,remember you can not send messages
to the member directly,we will forward this message to the member after we have
checked this message.
Why can't post requirements to message
Only you publish your requirement of your project on service pay directly. The check
team can see your requirment and then check your project design and code acording
to the service pay you listed.It can gurantee your project's high quality. If
you write in message box here, the check team not able to see the message.
So please distinguish the message box and service pay for. They are seprate from
each other.
What can be written in the message box ?
If you meet problem when control panel use; when buying server. Please be free to
leave message here.
Where you can get your user id.
Acess to "My Account" by email and password,then you will see your user id as the
attach picture below.
